Tom DeLonge, Class of 1993 We gratefully acknowledge the outstanding achievements that Tom DeLonge has made in the areas of Business and the Arts. Tom is the co-founder, co-lead singer and guitarist of the band Blink-182. Formed with friends while still in high school, the band has enjoyed enormous worldwide success, with record sales exceeding 50 million. The band has had three number one albums and has charted 31 singles. In addition to his success as a song-writer and musician with Blink-182, Tom formed the bands Boxcar Racer and Angels & Airwaves and has acted in, written, produced, and directed for TV , film and literature. He has also been a part of numerous business ventures including as co-founder of MacBethFootwear and Atticus Clothing. In addition, Tom co-founded the To The Stars company that publishes albums, books, TV shows and films and has teamed with academic institutions and the U.S. Government with the goal of turning on the world to new goals and possibilities.
